Cases now started at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) regarding the illegalities associated with the Covid response and the National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs)
At this stage between myself and others we have six pivitol cases now at the CJEU in Luxemburg. For those that are awake and might be interested in further details:
You will see, when you enter the case number into the search function, that I have two Covid related cases there already: Cases T-586/21 and T55/22. The first one for which the Commission has now to pay my legal costs.
Also I have worked with environmental NGOs around the EU and we have two cases from the Netherlands and two from Sweden, with others joining in later, to declare as unlawful these National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) for the period 2021 to 2030, for not complying with the Aarhus Convention: Cases T-331/22, T-344/22, T-345/22 and T-346/22.
Further details about the justification for the latter, is available in the 'books' above and also on the relevant webpage of the United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (UNECE), for implementation of compliance proceedings against the EU (Decision VII/8f), as adopted in International Law by the Meeting of the Parties of the Aarhus Convention in October 2021.
While the Aarhus Convention is part of EU law since its ratification by the EU in 2005, the EU is a serial offender of the rights therein established in International Law and hence EU law, regarding access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters, i.e. environmental democracy. For a decade it has refused to address the illegalities associated with its renewable energy programme, which bypassed the legally required assessment and public participation in decision-making, while equally denying access to the CJEU for environmental NGOs and concerned parties to challenge these illegalities.
Cases T-331/22, T-344/22, T-345/22 and T-346/22 are pivotal cases, as it is the first time that environmental NGOs have had direct access to the CJEU and also the first time that the substantive issue of the case is already established by a decision of non-compliance in International Law, regarding a UN Treaty binding on 47 Parties, i.e. countries in Europe and Central Asia and the EU, who have ratified it.

This week I was banned on Facebook again, only 6 days this time, but 29 days from all groups, they hate us being a part of something, a community. LinkedIn wanted my drivers license to get back onto my page, I love LinkedIn, follow so many in the know, so unwillingly sent in my drivers license, received an email explaining why my LinkedIn was suspended, wow, I had 7 violations, this is one > Number 1 lockdowns are futile and harmful. The damage it has done to mental health and older people….there are a number of studies published by various different people on children, older people and young adults about how harmful lockdowns are…I hope we would never, ever see another lockdown. Asking healthy people to wear surgical masks out and about in everyday life that is absolute bunkum. There isn’t a shred of evidence that is in any way effective. Wear a mask if you want but don’t be mandating them to people. Vaccine passports are the most disgraceful tool ever invented ever. There isn’t a shred of evidence that they do anything. They were a coercive tool, an abusive tool and invasion of privacy. SO I believe that my LinkedIn account is suspended as is my Twitter for the foreseeable future, think I am on thin ice with Fedbook also. We really are not allowed an alternative opinion anymore, that is why the likes of you Gerry are precious.
