I follow you: My dad said this little diddy when we were kids.

> Fair dues to Donegal for topping the 80% mark.

Donegal reminded me of my dad saying...

I'm Bill Stahl from Donegal, eats me potatoes, skins and all!

> Another technology vs reality illusion busted. A reminder too that technology is warping our minds at warp speed and to a rather larger degree than we still are willing to admit,

Never owned a cell phone. Landlines provide some small bit of legal protection for our privacy. Ma Bell here in the US is doing its part to destroy privacy by asking the California Public Utilities Commission to allow them to abandon wire phone lines and only have cell phones.

Funny those that claim to have the power want a one way mirror. Watch you and me, Privacy for them but not for thee. I say BS to that.

It is for the people you describe we resist even if they may not understand what we do in the same way the 1916 leaders were misunderstood and scorned until they were lined up by the firing squad!

Downloaded the results from the referendum website and if my maths is right, I can quantify how many people are actually involved in destroying this country. I didn't vote because I felt that voting in this case somehow legitimised these people's ideas.

The electorate was 3,438,566.

Those motivated to vote yes were

487,564 in the 39th

393,053 in the 40th.

That's 14% and 11% respectively.

Is it a stretch to say that a maximum of 14% of the Irish electorate are imposing Varadkers progressive policies, Ryan's net zero policies and O'Gorman's woke agenda on the five million people of Ireland.

I won't vote in the EU elections because I reject it as an institution. A big change for me.

I will vote in the locals for even the madist fecker who is not in the WEF parties.

I know it's in contradiction to my position in this one, but the people in DunLaoighre run the country because we let them. But even they rejected the 40th.

There must be absolute chaos within the FF, FG and SF parties at how they have been shafted by the Greens. Let the infighting commence.

If we look at the problem on an electoral map we might say the following. The constituency breakdown is interesting. Dun Laoighaire was the only constituency to return a yes vote. Two boundary south dublin constituencies of Dun Laoighaire had the second and third highest yes votes. These three constituencies also had the very highest vaccination rates and booster in the country. They are also the wealthiest. About 5 or 6 out of 39 constituency are driving the global agenda in ireland

While I'm here Gerry , I was in south Africa twice building houses for the people in who migrated there to the outskirts of the city's and towns. So I believe we should call the portacabin sites to accommodate the illegal migrants who either flew or shipped onto this Island , they are building TOWNSHIPS in Ireland and I believe we should be calling them what they are.
