Minister announces 1 million more people for Ireland.
And here's how our government are going to achieve that goal.

Yesterday, the Department for Public Expenditure published its top 50 public expenditure projects under the auspices of Project Ireland 2040. This greatest hits parade is the usual mix of long awaited for pipe-dream projects and include bringing a metro system out to Dublin airport and a motorway from Limerick to Cork. So far so boring.
However, when you dive into the actual document and not just the press release announcement on gov.ie the department drop a bombshell at the outset of the document in the foreword. And the bombshell is dropped by none other than Minister for Public Expenditure & Widespread Squandering -Pascal Donohue.
